Burnt Ash Veterinary Clinic is an independent veterinary clinic with a surgeon with over 40 years experience, who is a registered vet surgeon with the RVCS, it will be he who will be treating your pet if you book an appointment.

Yes, it is part of our process that we require new customers to register with us to ensure they get the best care possible. Registering is easy and will only take a few minutes. If you're new and interested in booking an appointment, call us today, and we'll guide you through the following steps.
It is recommended to have insurance in case of any emergencies with your pet however we will still see clients who are not insured. We don’t offer an insurance plan of our own but our knowledgeable team will be able to advise you on choosing a plan should you need help.
Yes, your pet must have a scheduled appointment before arriving. We currently don't see walk-in appointments. However, our process could change in the future. For now, it's always best to contact us first so we can book you an appointment.
You can pay over the phone or via card payments at the practice. We accept card and cash payments.
We would like to advise our clients that payment is required at the time of consultation or on collection of your pet following any surgical procedure or operation.
